To arrange travel services, we may also receive traveller details from business partners, including names, passport or identification information and other details necessary for specific bookings. Our hosting and security provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, when you visit the website.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, manage supplier and business relationships, organise agreed travel services and maintain business records. Traveller details received from partners are used where needed to fulfil bookings. The website has no enquiry forms.

Sharing information

We disclose information where necessary to deliver services, conduct business or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include hotels, transport and activity providers, professional advisers and relevant authorities. We limit disclosures to what is needed: hotels ordinarily receive the traveller’s passport name and issuing country, rather than personal contact details. Employees and guides receive information relevant to their duties.

We use business communication and document storage systems with reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and disclosure. Access is restricted to personnel who need the information for their work.

International processing
